ROMANS 11: 33-36— O the depth of the riches, both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgements and his ways past finding out! For who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been his counselor? Or who has first given to the Lord, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen!

The wisdom and the knowledge of God is so vast, the ways of the Lord are mysterious and dynamic. The ways of the Lord are not static, though he is an unchangeable God. He does one thing in several ways.

Who knows what God is about to do next?, No one! He is the God that works when all hope is lost, that’s why we call him the ‘God of the eleventh hour’, he works at his own time, that’s why we say ‘God’s time is the best’.

The Lord can teach us his ways and direct us if we are hungry for knowledge, but we can’t know God in all his entirety.

Psalm 25:4-5 says, “Show me thy ways O Lord, teach me thy paths, Lead me in thy truth, and teach me, for thou art the God of my salvation, on thee do i wait all the day”.
We learn as everyday passes, He reveals himself to us in so many ways, only if we are intimate with him to recognize him. His ways are far different from ours. The Bible recorded that just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways, higher than yours, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9).

Have you ever thought of giving God a gift, for him to return it back to you, or to repay him for his goodness? How funny! Everything comes from him, both good and bad. When you receive both material and spiritual blessings, praise him for he has shown you mercy. Most times we only praise God when we are blessed, but in hard times, we lament.

Have u made a prayer like this: ‘Lord, i thank you for the diasppointments of life’. I bet not, but the bible recorded that in every situation and condition, we should give him thanks. So let us learn to praise God in his severity and goodness.

When you receive the goodness of others, show it unto others, if the Lord shows you the wonders of his mercies, reach out to others. No one knows tomorrow. The ways of God are not the ways of men, do not be like the greedy fool in the Bible, who didn’t acknowledge that everything he had came from God or the wicked servant who didn’t have mercy on his debtor, after receiving mercy from whom he owed. Most people act this way without knowing it, even from the little you have received, reach out to others. Everything comes from God, and was made by him and has to return to him. To him be glory forever! Amen!
