When The Lord Stands With You.

If everyone desert you, may the Lord stand with you. When everyone runs away from you, may the Lord be with you still.
His presence alone brings confidence and strength.
God’s presence is an assurance of safety and deliverance.
Saint Paul, though an accomplished minister of God, tasted the same fate. At a certain time in his life, everyone forsook him.
But he was not terrified. In fact, his statement in 2 Timothy 4:16-18 is of great comfort. Hear what he said:
_”No one stood by me the first time I defended myself; all deserted me. May God not count it against them!_
_But the Lord stayed with me and gave me strength, so that I was able to proclaim the full message for all the Gentiles to hear; and I was rescued from being sentenced to death._
_And the Lord will rescue me from all evil and take me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. To him be the glory for ever and ever! Amen.”_
Beloved, one with God is majority. With God on your side victory is sure.
May God continually be you. May His presence empower, protect and guide you. Say Amen!
