BEING VICTORIOUS BY THE LIGHT

Under the power of his light no evil survives. Saint John said:
“And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not” (1 John 1:5)
Darkness and light cannot coexist, meaning as light comes every evil disappear, while outside the cover of light evil survives. No evil can survive under his cover.
The solution to the challenges afflicting our lives is found only in His presence -under the cover of his light. Dismantling of all evil is possible only when a man is under his cover. Under the cover of His light there is pleasure forever, no struggle, peace and prosperity, wisdom and revelation, divine guidance and protection.
But the truth is that not everyone can come under the cover of his light (1John 1:5-6). The writer of this book is the man who had firsthand information of Jesus, not because he heard about him but because he was with him, slept and ate with him.
“God is light in Him there is no darkness at all, if we say we are in fellowship with him and walk in darkness, then we lie and do not say the truth” (1 John 1:6)
No one with the trace of darkness or who is walking in darkness can be found under his cover for “in Him there’s no darkness.” Sin is darkness and walking in darkness means living in sin. Ezekiel 28:13-19 revealed that immediately iniquity was found in Lucifer, he was driven away from the presence of God.
You can not Lie even as charismatic member and still be claiming that you are under the cover of his light. Some of us are guilty of lying under the phone, in writing or in expression. But one thing is sure no matter any category of liar one belongs to he cannot be under the cover of his light.
The same goes with malice, unforgiveness, pride, envy, jealousy, and all evil works. These you must put away from you.
Abide in Christ always, be conscious of every of your action and relate everything you do with the gospel and see if they agree with it. Take decisive steps to please God in everything you do, and ask for God’s assistance to walk in light of Christ always.
