Hospital Outreach at COO University Teaching Hospital

Tale of an accident survivor
“We were coming down from Amawbia junction to Enugu Agidi in a motorbike. At a point, we observed a police check point and slowed stopping at the back of a Tipper. Its driver had stopped before the police for their check.
Suddenly, the driver hit the reverse and the Tipper moved back with great speed, crushing us underneath and dragging us with our bike to some metres away from the checkpoint. We turned in quick succession underneath the Tipper. I never knew I will survive.
On seeing what happened, the policemen at the checkpoint jumped into their van and speed off. It was God that just kept me and my friend alive”
With these words and more, Mr. Emmanuel Nwude, a native of Enugu Agidi in Njikoka LGA of Anambra State, narrated to us how God saved him from the evil hands of death while he was going home after purchasing medication for his wife.
He was among the patients we visited at Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital today in Awka, Anambra State, during our hospital outreach.
God is faithful and is saving lives. If you are sound and healthy today, it’s enough to give God thanks.
One of your duties then is to pray and assist our brothers and sisters who are passing through one challenge or another. Really, some people are in great pains. We ought to be with them, encourage and support them.
