Is it necessary to remind God of His promises? Should you still continue in prayer after long time of praying without results? Will God really answer if I keep praying?

The answer to all these questions is yes. God hears prayers and answers at the right time. There are many reasons to call upon God and persist in reminding Him of His promises.

1. He Loves You: God loves you personally that He gave His only Son Jesus Christ to die in order to save you and make you His true son or daughter (John 3:16). If He can give us His only Son, then there is nothing He cannot do for us. So, continue to remind God of His promises in your life.

2. He Is Our Father: Father means the source, the origin of something. We are His own and have every right to call upon Him any time. Matthew 7:7-11 is vivid on this. God will give good things to those who call and wait on Him. Call upon God today for He is your heavenly Father.

3. To Honour Him: When you are calling upon God and reminding Him of His promises, you are also honouring Him. You are expressing that God is supreme and that His words will never fail. God loves those who truly trust Him.

4. To Seek His Help: There is extent human assistance or your personal knowledge cant go beyond. You need God’s help to enjoy total, amazing and enduring success.

5. For Deliverance from Evil and Salvation: The Psalmist said, “I will call upon the Lord, Who is to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.” Keep calling God and reminding him of His words when you are in difficulty. Don’t go into depression. No! Go down on your knees and cry continually to God. He will give you a way out of your challenges.

There are many other reasons to call upon the Lord. So, rise from your challenges and strengthen you faith in God by calling upon Him regularly. Don’t give up until He answers all your requests.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20‭-‬21 NKJV)

May God bless you as we wait for your testimony. Amen.
