Reflection
The Spirit of God descended on Jesus in confirmation of the divine presence. After we have understood God’s love for us, accepted the salvation of Christ and have subjected ourselves to him as our Lord and savior; following in his footstep as his disciples, we need the divine presence that will help us fulfil the mission he has call us into. This is a week of preparation for us. To get ourselves ready to contain and be surrounded with this presence.
Prayer
Help me Oh Lord to prepare for the reception of your Spirit.
