“For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God? And, “If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”

If it is hard/difficult for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?

Hmmm… I actually don’t know how to say this, but it will interest you to know that there is much work to do than we see it. The scripture is very explicit in this context, it’s even difficult to save those who seek God genuinely from their heart, how much more those who don’t make effort at all.

This reminded me of one notable event in the scripture where Christ was teaching his disciples about the kingdom of God, the teaching became too raw and striking that they couldn’t bear it anymore, and they said to themselves; “who then will be saved?” But Christ looked at them and gave them encouraging words by saying; “Before men, it is impossible but with God, all things are possible”

So, I say to you, don’t be marvelled or troubled by this injunction because with God, all things are possible.

May this season attract more joy and blessings in your life and family. Amen!
